In the organisation of Graniitti Services, the use of the personal data register is instructed and limited so that only those registered employees, who have the right to access the information for their work, can process the information. The registrar has arranged access control to the premises. Our system is protected by security software of operating system. To access the system, each registry user must enter the user specific identifier and the correct password. The assignment agreements oblige the parties, processing personal data on behalf of Graniitti Services, to protect personal data in a similar way.

The agreements you make with Graniitti Services are stored in our systems. The information related to communication, such as emails and sales notes, is retained. We only store information that is necessary and relevant to that particular service.

Your personal information will only be retained by us for as long as it is justified by the law and the regulations.
