Where it all began...
Graniitti's story has been fast-paced since the beginning and many memorable moments have happened along the way. The story started with two coworkers on a trip to a cabin together. The shared desire and interest to create a unique consulting company, where things would be done differently and even better, had been a dream for a long time. A company whose values would be based on being more flexible, open and genuinely caring for people through a company culture that cares. The main idea to create a foundation for the company was to gather top guys with whom we could grow as a successful company. It was quickly decided that others would be wanted to join the company immediately, and in the end two experienced consultants joined the team. Together we had a strong passion to learn new things about founding and managing a successful company.
When it became official…
In autumn 2017, Graniitti Services Oy was officially established and the first employee was hired. The company's name is based on the Finnish essence, which emphasizes trust and perseverance in getting things done. Guided by this thought model, we have always set our goals high and a lot of work has been done to achieve them. From the very beginning, one of our company's greatest assets and riches has been the diversity of our founders, which has enabled the strong and successful growth of our company. The basic prerequisites for hiring employees were the founders' strong networks and the employees' trust in Graniitti as a new employer.
