I am experienced Process and Service Designer and Developer with excellent Project Management skill.

My main target for the last years has been to enable business to design new services and related processes while identifying gaps and opportunities to optimize and automatize.

My particular interest is to ensure process development and design takes relevant processes, customer experience and operations into account as well as the relation with technology.
