Graniitti started with two colleagues who shared a dream of building a consulting company of their own. They wanted to create a company where things would be done with more openness, flexibility and genuine care for people. From the beginning, Graniitti has been driven by a strong will to learn, grow and build a company where both people and work are valued.<\/p>
