I am an approachable and hands-on IT project and service management professional with excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

I have worked for over 25 years in IT service management and projects in various roles and organizations, including Telecommunications and Information Technology, Business Support Systems, Mobile Business, Public Social and Health Services.
In addition to project and service manager roles, I have been a Scrum Master, expert, and supervisor. From these different roles, I have learned a lot about project management, service development, and managing and supporting people.

I am easy to approach and I do my work with a positive, customer-oriented approach. I have received excellent feedback about my work: “Outi has worked for a large, important client of ours for a long time and does his job in an exemplary manner in every way! He also constantly exceeds expectations with his proactive approach and development suggestions. With him, you never get the feeling that he is “just working here”, but rather he takes ownership of things and handles them with honor until the end”.

[119,115,120,114,118
["post-26056","tyontekija","type-tyontekija","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","osaaminen-ihmisten-johtaminen","osaaminen-it-palvelunhallinta","osaaminen-muutosjohtaminen","osaaminen-projektijohtaminen","osaaminen-toimittajahallinta
