A university degree in law and methodological sciences provides a solid foundation for analyzing and solving issues related to ICT procurement and contracts. Typical operational challenges to be solved include defining the object of the procurement and planning the procurement, adapting the information security requirements related to the object of the procurement to the interest to be protected, and data protection issues. These issues are fundamentally related to crystallizing and specifying issues.
