Graniitti started with two colleagues who shared a dream of building a consulting company of their own. They wanted to create a company where things would be done with more openness, flexibility and genuine care for people. The company's name is based on Finnish sisu, which emphasizes trust, perseverance, and seeing things through to the end. Guided by this mindset, we have always set our goals high.
