Graniitti on saanut alkunsa kahden työkaverin yhteisestä haaveesta ja kiinnostuksesta luoda omannäköinen konsulttiyritys, jossa asiat tehtäisiin eri tavalla ja entistä paremmin. Yritys, jonka arvot perustuvat joustavuuteen, avoimuuteen ja, jossa pidettäisiin aidosti huolta ihmisistä välittävän yrityskulttuurin kautta. Sekä kova intohimo oppia mitä tuli menestyvän yrityksen perustamiseen ja johtamiseen.
Syksyllä 2017 Graniitti oli perustettu ja ensimmäinen työntekijä palkattu. Yrityksen nimi pohjautuu suomalaiseen sisuun, jossa korostuu luottamus ja sinnikkyys sekä asioiden loppuun vieminen. Tämän ajatusmallin ohjaamana olemme aina asettaneet tavoitteet korkealle.
