Our latest customer feedback survey strongly suggests that we are on the right track. Trust, dedication, interaction and invaluable support are themes that emerge in the feedback.

At the beginning of the fall, we conducted a customer feedback survey, which gave us important information about how well we are doing and how we are succeeding together with our customers. Excellent overall rating 9,4 (1-10), tells us about our way of working, where the customer's needs are understood holistically and where the customer's success is our common goal. The feedback reflects trust, uncompromising professionalism and the ability to successfully see things through to the finish line. 

Customer feedback speaks of strong cooperation

The feedback conveys a picture of cooperation, where the whole is kept under control and peace is maintained even under pressure. Customers describe our work as determined and firm, but at the same time genuinely human. Expertise is reflected in the ability to see large-scale wholes and the ability to find solutions even when the situation requires consideration and insight. 

Projects progress in a controlled manner even when circumstances change or schedules tighten. Feedback reflects a picture of professionals who quickly adapt to complex environments, work independently and support others.
