We are looking for an experienced project manager to be responsible for the tendering of the procurement ERP system and the implementation of the entire Source-to-Pay entity. The role combines a system project, development of procurement processes, change management and strengthening the organization's procurement capabilities in close cooperation with the Procurement Excellence team.
Task description
As a project manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation and successful implementation of an ERP acquisition. You will lead the project team on a daily basis, take care of schedules and budgets, and ensure that new processes and operating models support business goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning, coordination and implementation of an ERP implementation project
- Daily supervision of the project team and prioritization of work
- Harmonization and development of procurement processes by utilizing the system's capabilities
- Change management: communication, training and stakeholder engagement
- Developing procurement operating models and capabilities
- Managing schedules, costs, risks and quality
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
We expect from you
- Evidence of ERP implementation projects, especially Source-to-Pay solutions
- Strong project management skills
- Good people management and coaching skills
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes and their development
- Experience in implementing change projects
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interaction skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English
