Excellent customer feedback - What do our customers think of us?

At the beginning of autumn, we implemented a customer satisfaction survey, the goal of which was to get valuable feedback and information about how well we have succeeded in different areas. With the help of the survey, we wanted to better understand in which matters we have been successful and where we could still exceed our customers' expectations.

In the survey, our customers evaluate the following areas:

  • Work input
  • Professionalism
  • Cooperation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Leadership skills

We got a whopping 3.8 on a scale of 1-4.  The result shows that our customers are satisfied with our services and trust our expertise. We will continue on this path and commit ourselves to develop in an even better direction.
