As the Chairman of the Board of Graniitti, I have been able to follow the company's journey closely for several years. In our current strategy period, we aim for growth that is commercially strong and built on the values and practices that Graniitti is known for.
There is a lot I appreciate about the company. Customer work is done with ambition, but with its feet on the ground. People are taken care of, expertise is developed long-term, and decisions are guided by a strong desire to build a sustainable business. It is good to build Graniitti's profitable growth on these strengths.
This work is now also strengthened by the updated composition of Granitit's board. We are pleased to welcome Milja Saxonyas a new external member. Milja brings valuable experience in managing growth companies, international business, customer-oriented service business and Nordic market understanding to the board.
Tomi Halonen and Marko Nivala will continue as members of the Board of Directors. In addition, Graniitti's founding partner will join the Board as a new member. Antti Salminen.
Camilla Kjerin has been on the Granitit Board of Directors as a staff representative and will now step down from the Board. We would like to warmly thank Camilla for her contribution to the Board.
I am a curious growth and change leader, and have worked for over 25 years in technology, social and healthcare, and service businesses in Finland and the Nordics. During my career, I have served as CEO, CFO, management consultant, and board member. I am also the child of two entrepreneurs and have been an entrepreneur myself on several occasions.
I currently live in Sweden and work as the CEO of an international wellness technology company. At the same time, I am active in board work and am particularly interested in growth companies, internationalization, and business renewal in a changing market.
I am particularly motivated by how business can help build a more functional society and solve major societal challenges.
I strongly believe that future competitiveness will come from the collaboration of people, technology and data. However, the most important thing is a curious attitude and a desire to learn, grow and innovate as the world changes.
At Graniitti, I am particularly interested in the company's desire for growth, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong customer-oriented approach.
I believe I can bring to the board experience in growth management, strategic change and customer-centric service business management. I also value the opportunity to bring a perspective from the Swedish market and the wider Nordic environment.
I look forward to working with the board, management, and the entire Graniti team.

In addition to Milja, founding partner Antti Salminen will join Graniitti's board of directors as a new member. Antti was one of the founders of Graniitti and has been part of the company's growth story from the beginning. Now his experience and insights will also strengthen Graniitti in its board work.
Antilla (Di) has a long and extensive experience in business consulting and project and enterprise management. He has successfully led several business development and IT projects in various industries, such as retail, banking and insurance, logistics and industry.

The new composition of the Board of Directors gives us a good foundation to support Graniitti's growth in the long term. It brings experience in growth, leadership, entrepreneurship and service business, but above all, a shared vision of what kind of company Graniitti wants to be.
We want to continue to be a reliable partner for our customers in important changes and a good working community for experienced experts. The Board of Directors' task is to support this direction and help the company make the right choices also in the long term.
