I have more than 20 years of experience in projects and producing application services in international, multicultural, multi-vendor environments. I have worked in both customer and supplier project organizations and in the company's internal IT organization. In addition to the roles of project manager and coordinator, I have also worked as a change manager, solution consultant and expert, having a strong technical background.

I have been involved in several integration, implementation and update projects of planning and enterprise resource planning systems, where both traditional and agile methods have been used. My industry experience covers especially manufacturing industry, food industry and public administration.

I am a customer-oriented and solution-oriented leading team member. Assignments are carried out together as a team, so the focus is on people and communication. I use my creativity, process know-how, technical expertise and excellent coordination skills to flexibly find the most suitable solutions for the situation that meet the requirements, needs and goals.
