I have been working in project management since the last millennium. I have completed many project kilometers and the landscape has changed.
I have gained experience in several industries, both as a supplier and as an end customer. My strengths are the ability to work constructively and solution-oriented throughout the entire organization, from the computer room to the management team, from marketing to information security.
Experience has been gained in, among other things, the financial sector, retail, and industry, e.g. in transition projects, implementing the requirements of regulations and directives, and in application development projects.
I have led projects from needs assessment to tendering, all the way to implementation and maintenance, and I have been involved in defining and implementing new operating models in business and change management. Leading international teams and managing suppliers are everyday tasks for me.
