I have over 30 years of experience in business development, service portfolio design and productization, process and information architecture development, product development and requirements definition. I have 16 years of experience in workshop facilitation.
I start from business needs and combine them with the possibilities of information technology. My strengths are analytical and organizational skills combined with teamwork. I have received feedback from customers that I proceed efficiently, find solutions to even difficult issues, and involve others.
