It is important for me to understand the customer's needs and find the right experts and solutions for them. I know the banking and finance industry well, especially lending and the development of digital services. I have over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, and I have worked especially as a product and business developer in agile IT projects. I have been involved in developing, among other things, bank lending and housing transaction processes for banks and real estate agents.
I work naturally with different people and stakeholders and enjoy situations where things are moved forward together.
