I am an approachable and hands-on IT project and service management professional with excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
I have worked for over 25 years in IT service management and projects in various roles and organizations, including Telecommunications and Information Technology, Business Support Systems, Mobile Business, Public Social and Health Services.
In addition to project and service manager roles, I have been a Scrum Master, expert, and supervisor. From these different roles, I have learned a lot about project management, service development, and managing and supporting people.
