I am an accomplished project management and IT service management professional. I have more than 20 years of experience in various ICT projects, organizational change projects, and service management processes (ITIL) and reporting.

I have worked as a project manager on both large-scale international IT outsourcing projects and technical projects, and I am able to communicate and operate effectively at all levels of the organization. In addition, I have served as a leader in multicultural teams, and in my own experience leading virtual teams.

I am purposeful and take care of my responsibilities. When I see areas for improvement, I am proactive, I study the situation and make informed decisions, and I take care of things to the end. It’s natural for me to have a people-centered approach, and to form teams and set a common goal.
