I have 20 years of experience in system development tasks in the financial sector. I have worked in the roles of both requirements specifier and development manager, and I have experience not only in the development of bank applications but also in occupational pension systems. My work has included the identification and analysis of business requirements and needs and the production of more detailed definition documentation.  

My way of working is customer-oriented and I want to find the best solutions to create a good user and customer experience. In the definition work, it is important to identify and understand dependencies, and manage changes. Among other things, these things bring versatility and variability to tasks, which motivates me in my work. 

My strengths are interaction and teamwork skills as well as identifying business needs, dividing them into smaller parts and documenting them.
